Code Of Conduct
Our Supplier Code of Conduct is aligned with internationally recognized standards, including core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It sets minimum standards for our suppliers, covering essential areas like animal welfare, environmental management, chemical and water use, greenhouse gas emissions, living wages, working conditions, and waste management.
Artisan’s standards
We ask all our artisans to agree to a document outlining the standards we require, addressing the unique challenges of working with a predominantly rural and unorganized sector. These standards apply to all types of labor, whether centralized or home-based, and emphasize the importance of addressing key workplace issues in non-traditional settings. DLORE’ is dedicated to ensuring that all partnered organizations and artisans adhere to these standards, as well as all relevant local and international laws.
