At DLORE’, we are committed to creating sustainable, high-quality products crafted from natural fabrics and responsibly sourced materials.
Each item is made to order, reducing waste and ensuring a minimal environmental footprint. Because of this unique production model, our policy limits returns and refunds to cases required by law.
1. Made-to-Order Production
All DLORE’ products are individually crafted after order confirmation.
A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to initiate production.
Customers may cancel their order at any time; however, this advance will not be refunded, as materials, artisan labor, and resources are allocated immediately upon confirmation.
2. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final once the remaining balance is paid and the product is delivered.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, size, color preference, or similar reasons.
This policy supports our sustainability mission — avoiding unnecessary shipping, packaging, and waste that negatively impact the environment.
3. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In accordance with the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and equivalent legislation in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain, DLORE’ will provide repair, replacement, or refund only in cases where a product is:
Defective, damaged, or malfunctioning due to production error; or
Non-conforming with the description, specifications, or sample presented at the time of purchase.
Customers must notify DLORE’ within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.
If the claim is validated, DLORE’ will cover return shipping and offer a suitable solution (repair, replacement, or refund).
4. Customer Responsibility
By confirming an order with DLORE’, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions of this Return and Refund Policy.
Please ensure all product details — such as fabric selection, measurements, and quantities — are carefully reviewed before placing your order.
5. Sustainability Commitment
Our decision to minimize returns is based on ethical and environmental responsibility.
Each return generates packaging waste, transport emissions, and potential disposal of items that cannot be resold.
By producing only what is needed, DLORE’ actively reduces carbon impact and promotes a circular, fair, and conscious fashion system.
